What it does
- Verified reports are built from your real captured work, with an AI corroborating each skill against that work.
- The OW Profile is one shareable link that aggregates your reports and grows with each session.
- Sessions only run when you start and stop them; closing the app stops all capture.
- Every report is a draft until you publish it, and you can edit or remove anything first.
- Each report includes an executive summary, key accomplishments, strengths, growth areas, and next steps.
- You choose what appears on your profile and who can open the link.
Pricing
